THE MACARTHUR PARK HISTORIC DISTRICT
1. The following definition is to be placed in II. C. 3.
as L. Historic 14.ques: Any sign which includes the
following information: building name; date of
construction (if known); name of the building's
architect (if known); and a narrative which describes
the structure's architectural and historic
significance.
All subsequent definitions in this section of the
Guidelines are to be renumbered accordingly.
2. The following paragraph is to be placed in II. C. 6. as
S. Historic Plaques: Allowed, provided that such signs
are flush mounted in or adjacent to the sidewalk along
the front or the side of the designated structure and
that sign area does not exceed 24" x 24" exclusive of
surrounding paving area.
