MEMORANDUM
TO: HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS
FROM: ROBERT ATKINSON
SUBJECT: NEXT MEETING
The next meeting of the Historic District Commission will
take place on Thursday, February 6th, at 4:00 P.M. in the
Board of Director's Chamnbers. There will be an agenda
session beginning at 3:30 P.M. in the Board Conference Room.
Included in your packet is a proposed guideline amendment
relating to historic markers. At present, such plaques are
not mentioned in the guidelines. This change will allow the
Junior League of Little Rock to proceed expeditiously with
their Sesquicentennial project which is to place 10 markers,
as illustrated in the accompanying blueline, in the
MacArthur Park area.
