See Exhibit 17 A. 18 Section 2.The preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 19 Little Rock Planning Commission. 20 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Access Village -Revised 21 POD, located at 7814 "T" Street, is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time 22 specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. 23 Section 4. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan is 24 approved. 25 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of 26 Little Rock,Arkansas, and designated district map be and it hereby amended to the extent and in the 27 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 28 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause 29 phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 30 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall [Page 1 of 2] 1 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional 2 was not originally a part of the ordinance. 3 Section 7. Repealer.
