Dear Molly:
Enclosed please find Plaintiff's First Set of
Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents
Propounded to the City of Little Rock in the above -referenced
case. I would appreciate your assistance in responding to
these interrogatories. Please review the interrogatories and
call me at either ext. 4527 or 6841 to arrange a time that we
can get together to discuss potential answers. The responses
are due September 1, 1994 but I would like to begin preparing
the answers the week of August 15 if you have any time
available.
I realize that you will not know the answers to many
of the interrogatories which deal with legal issues, but to
the extent you do have information which is responsive to any
of the interrogatories, I would appreciate your assistance.
I understand that you may have produced documents to
the plaintiff's attorney pursuant to a Freedom of Information
Act request. If so, I need to know what documents were
produced and obtain a copy of them for our files.
Please call me with any questions that you might have
and to arrange a time for us to meet and discuss these
answers. I appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
