Re: Application of Evelyn Duffey and Alison Patton
on 815 S. Rock St.
Dear Ms. Satterfield:
Ms. Duffey and Ms. Patton would agree to allow salvage of parts from the above -
referenced house under certain conditions. As you know the house is unsafe and the
owners feel like they would expose themselves to liability if they allowed just anyone to
wander in from the street and enter the premises.
However if their application is approved I'm sure we can work out the details
including a certain amount of time to elapse before demolition to allow time for salvage.
