At the request of the Historical District Commission, I have gone back to the
drawing board and offer the enclosed drawing that represents a scaled -down
version of my initial sign submittal. Please note that I have removed the
blank space at the bottom of the sign, one tenant sign strip, also at the bottom,
and removed the spaces between the tenant sign strips. In doing this, and
lowering the sign to ground level, I can achieve a sign that is 18.66 sq. ft.
(48" wide X 50" high).
As per the Traffic Department request, I am willing to move the sign 5' to the
Southwest of its present location.
Please forward this to the appropriate individuals and advise me if I need to
do anything additional, prior to the December 6th meeting date.
