PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
Comes the Petitioner, the undersigned property owner, and states that it is the
owner of land included within the boundaries of the property hereinafter described and
proposed to be annexed to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and in
support of said Petition, state the following land boundary description:
53.07 ACRES BEING A PORTION OF THE SW 1/4 SW1/4 AND THE SE1/4
SW1/4 OF SECTION 21, T-1-N, R-11-W, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS;
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SW1/4
SW1/4, THENCE S88°46'40"E ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID
SECTION 21, A DISTANCE OF 35.20' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE LEAVING SAID SOUTH LINE, N01°5717"E-983.03; THENCE
S88003'04"E-2116.26; THENCE S01033'45"W-111.12'; THENCE
SO4°47'43"W-31.9T; THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF A 186.00' RADIUS
CURVE TO THE LEFT, HAVING AN ARC LENGTH OF 165.66' AND
CHORD OF S22034'26"E-160.24'; THENCE S49°18'04"E-123.22; THENCE
S4720'08"E-395.21'; THENCE S35040'45"E-88.23' TO A POINT ON THE
EAST LINE OF SAID SE1/4 SW1/4; THENCE S01°51'11"W, ALONG SAID
EAST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 256.64' TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
SAID SE1/4 SW1/4; THENCE N88°45'00"W, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE
OF SAID SECTION 21, A DISTANCE OF 1228.79; THENCE
CONTINUING ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE, N88°46'40"W-1403.39'; BACK
TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
2. That attached hereto and made a part hereof is an accurate map, which
reflects the bounds of all land sought to be annexed to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.

3. That the land described above and sought to be annexed to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, is contiguous to and adjoins an already established
boundary of the City of Little Rock, as is shown on the map above referred to; that the
above property is all urban in nature, and is suitable for use and zoned as I-3 Heavy
Industrial, and other urban usage and purposes. That said area sought to be annexed
constitutes a material, logical and reasonable extension to the city limits of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
4. Petitioner constitutes all of the real estate owners in the area affected by this
Petition (the lands described above) and petitioner owns all of the acreage affected.
5. This Petition has not been circulated in identical counterparts, and this
document shall be taken and construed as but one unique Petition. "Petitioner" shall
mean the aggregate of all persons signing this Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that this Court set a date for the hearing of this
Petition so that notice of such hearing may be given as required by law, and that at such
hearing this Court enter its order annexing the area and territory described in this Petition
to the incorporated limits of the City of Little Rock, and for all other relief as the Court
deems just and proper.
Petitioner names as the person authorized to act on behalf of Faymonville Real
Estate, LLC in connection with said matter, James Ison and Ison Company, LLC.
