Please see attachments for the 506 Ferry St roof replacement approval.
We plan on replacing the roof only, which consists of asphalt composition shingles and a small section
of flat roof made up of TPO. We will replace the pipe boot, add ice and water in all valleys and around any
penetrations, replace the already exiting mil finished drip edge with same material and also replace the
gutter guards with the same style and color.
Since the exiting shingles are a discontinued shape, 35” length with 5” exposure, I am proposing using an
architectural shingle with in a similar color. The shingle we would like to use is IKO Dynasty class 3 IR
Frostone. I’m including photos of the shingle along with a link to the shingles specifications.
