Thanks for visiting our oƯice this morning for your project at 621 Cumberland/307 E 7 th. Please see
attached copy of the signed COA for your records. The original was handed to you this morning and a
copy will be mailed to the owner’s mailing address listed with the county assessor. Please upload the
attached copy of the signed COA to your building permit application when you apply in the permit portal,
if one is required. I have cc’d our permits team here so they have access to the COA copy.
The COA, or the copy, is required to be posted to the property in a location visible from the public right-
of-way during your project work. This is primarily for our code enforcement oƯicers and surrounding
neighbors to see that the work has been permitted.
Once you have completed the work and are ready for inspection, a COA inspection will need to be
scheduled in addition to regular inspection types relevant to the project scope. At this time, please reach
out to schedule a date and time at your convenience to review the work and complete the COA
inspection.
