Hi Brian. I may not be available on Monday. I am helping my best friend settle her Mom's estate on the
Alabama coast and right now it looks like I will be flying out on Monday. Her Mom's death was quite
sudden and the funeral is Friday in Oklahoma City and I will know more at that time about our plans.
We've been best friends since High School and ALWAYS there for each other so I'm pretty much doing
everything that I can do to help her through this difficult time just as she has done for me in the past.
However, I do have many concerns about the proposal for 614 Rock Street. As a property owner at 624
Rock and also as a commissioner. If I am unable to attend the meeting should I e-mail my concerns as a
property owner or as a commissioner? I will know by the weekend if I will not be in attendance at the
HDC on Monday and will have time to prepare a detailed e-mail to you. I just need to know how to
address the issues.
The citizens concerns are very valid and I've thought of additional concerns as well. While I would like
to see new construction on the block I feel that this plan in particular is wrong for the lot.
