Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Retaining Wall
a) Install 14-inch tall retaining wall from brick with soldier course on top. Brick to
match house.
2) Iron Fence
a) Two posts at gate to be four -inch square posts with ball finial. All other posts to
be three-inch square posts with ball finials.
b) The fence shall have solid iron pickets, two horizontal rails, and a fleur-de-lis final
on top of each picket as shown in photo at right.
c) The height of the fence shall be as shown on page 9 of the Staff report.
�) Fence and wall to be located on Rock Street property line with an inset at the
walkway to house.
