Boyd@alltel.com' Subject: RE: Pictures of exterior light fixtures I will reference the last four numbers of -the jpegs that you sent me for identification purposes. I have ranked them in order of preference. Staff would prefer 0124 most, 0125 second and 0130 third. This is conditional on the fact that these fixtures are a matte finish or low luster finish. In other words, no shiny fixtures. If any of these three are not in stock, let me know and I will rank the rest. Staff has noticed that new windows, doors, siding, and porch rails are being installed. The property owner is working under an expired 2001 permit. Staff has issued a stop work order on the property and expect contact soon. 2. 501 EAST SEVENTH. Status: PENDING. Staff has contacted the applicant and investigated the original condition of the gate that was replaced. Staff is withdrawing the current application and seeking an application by the property owner or agreement to negotiated terms. 3. 1301 CUMBERLAND STREET. Status: PENDING. Staff has contacted the housing office regarding the minutes of the October and November meetings. Staff is also reviewing the file to establish an accurate timeline of the events surrounding this particular case. 4. ST. EDWARDS CHURCH. Status: PENDING. Staff has contacted the contractor regarding mortar work at the site. The contractor is aware of the care that must be used while working with historic brick.. We are going to clarify and see if a COA is needed. 5. 420 EAST NINTH STREET Status: PENDING. Staff has had no reply from the representative of the property, Brian Gray. Staff has handed the matter over to the City Attorney's Office for further enforcement.
