That the zoning classification of the following described property be and is hereby 11 changed as indicated: 12 Z-10232-A - DESCRIBED AS LOT 14, BEASLEY'S ADDITION TO THE 13 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY,ARKANSAS: FROM "R- 14 2" SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT TO "R-4" TWO-FAMILY DISTRICT 15 (SOUTHEAST CORNER OF COLONEL GLEN ROAD AND MARIGOLD 16 DRIVE).See Exhibit A. 17 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 18 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to 19 affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 20 Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its 21 passage and approval. 22 Section 4.Severabiliry. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,sentence,clause phrase, or 23 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 24 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 25 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 26 ordinance. 27 Section 5. Repealer.
