6 8911-B), CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE
7 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS;
8 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
11 ROCK,ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1.That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD,
13 Planned Commercial District,to Revised PCD,Planned Commercial District:
14 Z-8911-B - DESCRIBED AS LOT 2 STONESIFER REPLAT OF PART OF
15 TRACTS 4 AND 6 OF WALLACE BASELINE ACRES,AN UNRECORDED
16 PLAT, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: COMMENCING AT A
17 FOUND CONCRETE MONUMENT MARKING THE SOUTHEAST
18 CORNER OF TRACT 6; THENCE N88°10'35"W ALONG THE SOUTH
19 LINE OF SAID TRACT 6 AND THE NORTH LINE OF VERNON PLACE
20 SUBDIVISION AND THE NORTH LINE OF BRENSON A M REPLAT OF
21 NO. 2 FOR 470.17' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE
22 CONTINUE N88°10'35"W 195.88' TO THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF
23 CHICOT ROAD; THENCE NO2°13'52"E PARALLEL TO AND 45'FROM
24 THE CENTERLINE OF CHICOT ROAD FOR 112.0'; THENCE S87°45'E,

27 Section 2. The preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
28 Rock Planning Commission.
29 Section 3.That the change in zoning classification contemplated for De La Rosa—Revised PCD,
30 located at 9123 Chicot Road(Z-8911-B)is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time
31 specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
32 Section 4.That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.

1 Section 5.That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
2 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
3 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
4 Section 6.Severability. In the event any title, section,paragraph, item, sentence, clause phrase,or
5 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
6 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
7 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
8 ordinance.
9 Section 7.Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
10 with the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
