c) Reroof with architectural three tab 25 year shingles.

i) Remove damaged boards and trim pieces and replace with boards of same dimension,
shape and profile.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint.

If the following language is okay with you , I am ready to mail you the certificate. Or, It can be picked up at may office
when you get the building permit.
Let me know which is better for you. I included any soffit repair in case it needs to be done at a last minutes notice.
