The attached information has been submitted for your review on
January 13, 1983 at 4:00 P.M. This is the only item on the
Agenda (624 Rock Street) and I believe this package should give
you a clear understanding of the request.
Also, I have included copies of the required Code of Ethics
Disclosure Form. Please fill this out and either bring it with
you at the meeting or mail it to me by January 30th.
