Subject: Rock retaining wall repairs
Good afternoon Brian and Tony!
I've talked with both of you about the retaining wall at our 624 Rock Street
property in the the past, but wanted to send some pictures that I took today. I am
securing quotes to repair the wall and also fill in the area under the privacy fence
to make a solid rock retaining wall. The bricks stacked in that area and very
unsightly and this is on the long 7th Street side of the property. We had
discussed last summer that this was indeed repair and maintenance, but wanted
to make sure before I contract someone to make the repairs. Do you see any
problems with me going ahead with this project?
