Brian, I am replacing the back porch at our 624 So. Rock Street property. It's very old and in bad, bad
repair. We are replacing with a duplicate porch. The contractor recommended stronger and more
suitable railing. It was originally built really cheap and is now a hazard. Could I come by for a COC
this afternoon so that I can secure a permit?
