shape and profile. Reuse existing railing pieces when possible.

dimension, shape and profile.

3. Gutter
a. Re -hang gutter on east side of garage to slope properly to the south.
4. Roof Repairs
a. Replace and or repair flashing on west side where bedroom addition meets
original roof line. Replace shingles and flashing, if needed, with matching
shingles and flashing.
