Withdrawal Letter for Board of Adjustments Application

RE: 114 Overlook Drive
After discussion with Little Rock Planning staƯ, we have decided to amend the construction
documents for the above mentioned project to exclude retaining walls and site amenities from the
public right of way. Our intent with this change is to remove the requirement of being heard before
the Board of Adjustments, and to simply handle this construction through standard driveway
permitting. Please find attached with this letter our amended plans.
We are requesting the project to be removed from the upcoming BOA agenda.
