I am requesting a zoning variance to maintain my current side yard setbacks while extending my home
backwards. I currently live in zone R2 with a 25' required rear setback and 8' side setbacks. My home
currently only has a 4-5' setback on the sides. I request to reduce to a 10' rear setback. There is
currently a utility easement on the south side of the property which will maintain good separation with
my neighbor to the south. There are several homes on my street that appear to already have a variance
with less than the 25' required setback as seen below on a snip taken from PAGIS.

I am requesting the boards consideration to grant a variance to allow me to add on a master bedroom
suite to the South East side of my home and a Garage to the southwest side of my home.
