After careful consideration and great help from you and Rommey I have decided to withdraw my application for a variance. I plan to demo the house at 5304 Country Club Blvd. and then
replat both lots and submit plans that will not require any variances. I would like to personally thank you, Rommy and the rest of your staff for your time and assistance with this
process.
