I, Carl Randell Breece, residing at 5422 Hawthorne Rd, am writing to formally request a variance for zoning regulations regarding the proposed expansion of my home located at 5308 Country
Club Blvd.
Due to the lot not providing adequate space to our residential needs, I am seeing a variance to allow for expansion to within 14 feet of the existing property line.
I believe this expansion will not only enhance our family’s living situation but will also add to the property value as well as reflect the character of our neighborhood.
