Thank you for your letter expressing your problem on how to deal
with the above referenced property, i
The MacArthur Park Historic District Commission has been unable
to meet during the last thirty to forty-five days due to
vacancies on it, however, those appointments were made last
Tuesday and the Commission should now be able -to carry on with'
its business including a review of the residence at 522 Rock
Street. You should formally request through Robert Atkinson of
the Office of Comprehensive Planning your desire to place -the
above matter on the Historic District Commission's next agenda
and indicate your desire and intentions to demolish the
residence.
Of course any of the requirements set forth in Ordinance 14,897
condemning the residence and requesting that it be demolished
will be held in abeyance pending the review by the Mac -Arthur
Park Historic Di trict Commission. Should you have any other
questions, plea e do not hesitate to contact me.
