Dean Madam:
I have been told about toe meeting you yield with a tsz:moen of
residents of the vicinity of Sto and Rock Street concerning the
conduct of vagrants on or about the v'nemises at 522 Rock.
I have written the City Attorney about the situation and talked
to him on the telex lone recently and it at_peans we ane an a dead
end. Perhaps the Board of Directors can gat things moving some
way.
The onoperty is an extreme hazard to life an6 pnooerty as was
testified to by numerous. witnesses at the hearing before the
Little Rock Historic District Commissaon. r
I would suggest you review the file of the Historic District, the
City Attors-,ey's letters, the testimony offered by witnesses at
the Historic District meetinlg, in onden to understand why I
request that we be out on the agenda immediately.

this delay causes all the neighbors the possibility of injury andl,
damage from fine, wind and falling debris because. of toe
