3 A RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE DISTRICT AT BRECKENRIDGE
4 TEMPORARY ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT, FOR THE DATES OF
5 MAY 1,2026, TO AUGUST 31,2026; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS,on July 23,2019,the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,Arkansas,passed
8 Little Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 21,761 ("LRO 21,761"), which permitted the creation of a Temporary
9 Entertainment District(TED); and
10 WHEREAS,the Breckenridge TED was created pursuant to Little Rock,Ark., Resolution No. 16,
11 476(October 15,2024)("LRR 16,476");
12 WHEREAS, this TED was extended on January 21, 2025, the Board of Directors adopted Little
13 Rock, Ark.,Resolution No. 16,572,extending pursuant to LRR 16,572 (January 21,2025); and
14 WHEREAS, this TED was extended for the period of January 1, 2026, through April 30, 2026;
15 pursuant to LLR 16,810 November 18,2025); and
16 WHEREAS, an application to further extend The District at Breckenridge Temporary
17 Entertainment District was received by the City,requesting approval for the period of one hundred twenty
18 days(120);and
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
20 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
21 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby approves the extension of The District at Breckenridge
22 Temporary Entertainment District for the period beginning May 1,2026,through August 31,2026.
23 Section 2. Boundaries. The District at Breckenridge Temporary Entertainment District
24 boundaries will contain the entire Breckenridge Village property located at the southwest corner of
25 Breckenridge Drive and N. Rodney Parham Road in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
26 Section 3. Timeframe. The District at Breckenridge Temporary Entertainment District shall be
27 extended as a Temporary Entertainment District upon the adoption of this Resolution and shall expire after
28 August 31,2026.The hours of operation for the District at Breckenridge Temporary Entertainment District
29 will be from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm,seven(7)days a week as adopted by this ordinance. The City reserves
30 the right to amend boundaries and hours of operation at its sole discretion.
31 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
32 or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration
33 or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force
34 and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of
35 the resolution.

1 Section 5. Repealer. The provisions of all technical codes, ordinances, and codes of ordinances
2 in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
