3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH MNLRF, LLC DB/A MARK MCLARTY
5 FORD, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
6 THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150,655.00), PLUS
7 APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, FOR THE PURCHASE OF FIVE (5)
8 2026 FORD MAVERICK ALL WHEEL DRIVE SUPER CREW CAB
9 TRUCKS PRICED AT $30,131.00 APIECE, FOR USE BY THE CITY'S
10 DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOOD PROGRAMS;
11 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

13 WHEREAS, the City's Fleet Services Department has a need to acquire five (5) new 2026 Ford
14 Maverick All Wheel Drive Super Crew Cab Trucks for use by the City's Department of Housing and
15 Neighborhood Programs, as replacements for high-mileage units which require continual, costly
16 maintenance; and,
17 WHEREAS, pursuant to Little Rock, Ark. Resolution No. 16,603 (February 18, 2025), vendor
18 selection of MNLRF, LLC doing business as Mark McLarty Ford,was made through Arkansas 2026 State
19 Vehicle Contract No.4600057216,Item; and,
20 WHEREAS,the total cost to purchase five(5)new 2026 Ford Maverick All Wheel Drive Super Crew
21 Cab Trucks is in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand, Six Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars
22 ($150,655.00), including applicable taxes and fees per the Mark McLarty Ford's Quote attached hereto as
23 Exhibit A.
24 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
25 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS;
26 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with MNLRF, LLC, in an amount
27 not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand, Six Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars ($150,655.00), including
28 applicable taxes and fees, for the purchase of for the purchase of five (5) new 2026 Ford Maverick All
29 Wheel Drive Super Crew Cab Trucks.
30 Section 2.Funds for this purchase are available in Fleet Account No. 108359-72300-S35C631.
31 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
32 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and

1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
2 resolution.
3 Section 4.Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with
4 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
