The Pulaski County Assessor's Office lists you as the owner of property described as:

Recently, the Department of Planning and Development has been in the process of
reviewing the Land Use Plan and Zoning for the area in and around your property. The
proposed changes are a result of the South End Neighborhood Improvement Plans
discussions and review of city staff. A more appropriate zoning for the piece of property
listed above would be C-1, Neighborhood Commercial.
If you do not wish to change the zoning of this property, please send a letter indicating
your wishes to the above address before December 15, 1998. If no response is given, the
planning staff will view this as an acceptance of the rezoning. The rezoning will then be
taken before the Planning Commission and the Board of Directors.
