NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Ordinances for the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the following items have been docketed for a hearing before
the Little Rock Historic District Commission in the Chambers of the Board of Directors,
Second Floor, City Hall, Markham and Broadway, Little Rock, Arkansas on January 4,
1996, at 5:00 p.m.
Item No. 1: Applicant: Jean Ann Phillips
Address: 609 Rock Street
Request: Structural Alterations (renovation of existing single family
residence)
Item No. 2: Discussion of the Hillcrest Residents Association request to establish a local
historic district for a portion of the hUlcrest neighborhood.
All interested parties may appear and be heard at said time and place. The application and
other pertinent data are open and available for inspection in the Department of
Neighborhoods and Planning, 723 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas.
All interested parties are invited to review the application in said office and discuss the
details with the Planning Staff.
