HDC2014-007 Email From Matt Snyder To Brian Minyard And William Wilson 03/10/2014
Minyard, Brian From: Matt Snyder <mrmatthewsnyder@gmail. com> Sent: Monday, March 10, 2014 9:53 AM To: Minyard, Brian Cc: william wilson Subject: Hardie siding metal trim profiles Attachments: XtremeTrim-BREAKMETAL option.pdf; XtremeTrimButtedOutsideCorner.pdf; XtremeTrimJ Mold. pdf Brian - As a follow up to our phone conversation this morning... Here are the James Hardie metal trim details that we intend with our latest design proposal. I apologize for any confusion caused by our labeling as "McElroy j-mold or equal;" the actual materials will be sourced either from Tamlyn (Hardie's preferred details) or McElroy depending on pricing and availability. Again, these details come straight from James Hardie for multi -family and commercial buildings. Our desire to use them is founded in an enhanced ability to flash the metal into the weatherproofing membrane or building wrap as compared to the standard I board trim often used for single-family housing. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions prior to this evenings HDC meeting.
