HomeMy WebLinkAboutHDC2014-007 Letter From Page Wilson 10/09/2014October 9, 2014 Mr. Brian Minyard Little Rock Historic District Mr. Minyard, the final design or elevations for 1001 McMath Ave. The south elevation has to meet fire code so we will have to reduce window openings. We will remove transom above door. We will leave one window on first floor going down hallway, above the brick. The windows that appear on the polygal (stairs) will be eliminated. On the east elevation the office door will be eliminated depending on code (additional access required), to be replaced by a store front window of similar size. The roof will be a TPO with parapet remaining, guttered at low end of slope. Should we have to change anything for fire codes, I will let you know.
