We have reviewed the proposed exterior storm window plans submitted by
Matt Gardner of the City of Little Rock Parks Department. The Allied
Historic One Lite exterior storm windows have been used in numerous
rehabilitation projects approved by the National Park Service. AHPP staff
members have determined that the proposed work meets the Secretary of
Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. We have no outstanding concerns and
approve of the work plans submitted. For phased projects, plans for each
phase of the project need to be submitted to our office for review and
approval,
