Dear Commissioners and City Staff,
With all the money, time and effort of people trying to rebuild our first City Park and continuing with these future plans to
make MacArthur Park a true destination in downtown Little Rock, I feel these designs are totally inappropriate. Of all
areas in the MacArthur Park Historic District, buildings facing and immediately seen by the public should better represent
the historic character of the area more appropriately. Please vote no on these modern designs as infill facing MacArthur
Park.
