12807 Kanis Road was re -zoned C-3 commercial by the
applicant Kanis Investments, LLC April 18, 2022. However,
apparently the Land Use Plan was not amended at that time

for 12819 Kanis, to C-3 zoning, making it consistent with the
zoning of the adjacent property of 12809 Kanis Road. Both
Properties are owned/or under contract by Kanis Investments,
LLC.
Kanis Investments is considering small retail shops in
approximately a 12,000 square foot footprint at 12819 Kanis
and professional offices at 12807 Kanis.
As the authorized agent of the owner, I will be attending the
Planning Commission meeting on September 11, 2025, and will
