By way of background, 12807 Kanis Road was re -zoned C-3 commercial by the applicant Kanis Investments, LLC April 18, 2022. However, apparently the Land Use Plan was not amended at that time MARK A.STODOLA and currently reflects multiple land uses. The application DIRECT. 501.707 6149 FAcsIMILE 888.412 3288 before you seeks to cure that issue and is submitted in nstodoiaQ-barberlawerm.00m conjunction with the re -zoning application referenced above for 12819 Kanis, to C-3 zoning, making it consistent with the zoning of the adjacent property of 12809 Kanis Road. Both Properties are owned/or under contract by Kanis Investments, LLC. Kanis Investments is considering small retail shops in approximately a 12,000 square foot footprint at 12819 Kanis and professional offices at 12807 Kanis.
