That is correct. Both items are docketed for the October 21st meeting which will be held tomorrow at 6
PM in the Board Room at City Hall, 500 W. Markham. I believe both items are currently on the consent

Please see attached Planning Commission’s Action Letter along with the draft Planning Commission
minutes for your item from the hearing on September 11, 2025. The finalized minute record will not be
official until approved by the Planning Commission at their next scheduled meeting.
This item will be forwarded to the Little Rock Board of Directors for final action. You or your
representative will need to be present at the Board of Directors meeting to address any questions which
may arise. The meeting date has tentatively been set for October 21, 2025. The meeting begins at 6:00
pm and will be held in City Hall at 500 West Marham. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
