To whom it may concern:
SAAKI 5, LLC is acting as the agent for KMORRIS LLC to apply for a land use plan amendment for
the subject property. Currently the property's land use is Suburban Office — SO. We intend to
develop the property that will include small-scale commercial use that is in line with a land use
category of Neighborhood Commercial — NC. A change to NC would be in line with similar
properties along Kanis Rd and particularly would match the land uses of the property across
Kanis Rd. Included with this request is the application, authorization of representation affidavit,
proof of ownership, easement documents, and an area plan. We do not have any record of a
bill of assurance pertaining to this property.
