2) Wood Siding Fagade Window Repair
a) Wall, Trim Boards and Siding Repair
i) Remove damaged trim boards and siding pieces and replace with boards of same
dimension, shape and profile.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint.
b) Replace Window with same model and size as original.
c) Trim Boards around Windows
i) Remove damaged trim boards and replace with boards of same dimension, shape and
profile.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint after repair has been completed.
3) This COC to cover all repairs need to restore house on the northwest corner to a condition before
the accident of 4/9/14.
