Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide revised preliminary plat document incorporating highlighted information on
attached preliminary plat checklist.
2. Provide floodway statement on plat.
3. Will the lots be final platted in phases? If so, provide information.
4. Provide documentation from USPS regarding approved mail kiosk location.
