“Company”) and is intended to be a written representation of information taken from the public land records for the county

claim, or expense exceeding the amount paid for the Search.
Having searched the Pulaski County Tax Assessor Records, the following does not show a
representation of liens, mortgages or anything else encumbering the surrounding properties,
and is only meant to reflect the current owners of properties, as reflected by the Pulaski
County Tax Assessor, within 200 Feet (200 Feet was approximated from GIS map) of 11600
Pleasant Ridge Road, Little Rock, AR 72212, and we make no representation of the current
state of title for these properties, which could be uncovered by a complete search of said
properties.
