Ridge Rd Dear Staff and Commission, We are requesting a variance to the property located at 353 N. Ridge Rd. Our intent is to build a open front porch addition that would encroach on the front building line setback. A supplementary survey has been provided demonstrating the footprint of the existing home, and the proposed addition shown as blue. The left side of the porch starts approximately 21' from the left corner of the house, if viewed from the street. The porch is 16' wide and 10' deep and will extend approximately 3'to 4' beyond the 25' building line setback. The porch will be open, not enclosed.
