HomeMy WebLinkAbout17011 1 RESOLUTION NO. 17,011 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER 4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH PINNACLE CONSULTING MANAGEMENT 5 GROUP, INC., IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED 6 THREE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED AND 00/100 DOLLARS, 7 ($103,400.00),FOR RIGHT OF WAY AND ACQUISITION SERVICES FOR 8 THE MARKHAM STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; AND FOR 9 OTHER PURPOSES 10 11 WHEREAS,Little Rock,Ark.,Resolution No. 16052(July 18,2023)expressed the willingness of 12 the City of Little Rock, "the City" to utilize Federal-Aid Surface Transportation Program Funds from 13 Metroplan for Markham Street Improvements from South Cedar Street to Pearl Avenue;and, 14 WHEREAS,on February 9,2026,the City issued a request for Letters of Interest for professional 15 services to include appraisal, acquisition, and negotiation for the Markham Street Sidewalks under bid 16 number 221595. Pinnacle Consulting Management Group, Inc., was selected by an approved selection 17 committee as the most qualified of three(3)responses to provide the services. 18 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 19 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 20 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Pinnacle Consulting 21 Management Group,Inc.,for Right of Way and Acquisition Services for the Markham Street Improvements 22 project in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Three Thousand, Four Hundred and 00/100 Dollars 23 ($103,400.00). 24 Section 2. Funding for this project is from Street Fund Special Project Activity S40B631. 25 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, 26 or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 27 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and 28 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 29 resolution. 30 Section 4. Repealer.
