To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing in regards to the site located at 1016 McGowan Street. This site is
incomplete in the following ways and needs to be addressed immediately:
Planning
Zoning and
Subdivision
• The plants are not the minimum size shown on the approved landscape plan; per
the City of Little Rock's landscape ordinance and per the approved plan from the
Little Rock Historic District Commission.
• General site clean up is needed. All of the soil on the site must be stabilized in
some manner.
• It appears that you have installed exterior lighting on the building that was not
approved by the commission. You will need to either take these lights off or
reapply to the commission within 2 weeks to get the lights approved. Contact
Brian Minyard at 371-4789 regarding this matter.

I spoke to Carolyn Newbern about attending the meeting this week in regards
