Yes, I went by there about a week ago. I was out a couple of days last week but they had been working
but everything was too small. I am going to call the individual soon and also send them a courtesy notice
via mail since its in Conway. That's the latest. Have you been by there and if so, any thoughts?

I believe you asked me to check back in with you at the end of the month regarding the
progress on 1015 McLean Street.
There was a flurry of activity early on, but none for the last few weeks. Most of the
construction debris was carried away, but some still remains.
The landscaping is still not finished to completion on any side of the building, and with the
most recent rain following blading the east side of the building, the common alley is awash in
mud.
I must point out that I have felt the developers to be poor stewards of the property,
beginning with construction. We often cleared the street of lightweight debris blown from the
site, and, without permission, they connected to our building for water.
Thank you for showing me the landscaping plan in your office, but to date, the planting on
the east side is incomplete, and non existant on the west. And the landscaping plan showed
nothing for the south side.
Please keep me up to date on your actions.
