Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of this application with the following conditions:
1) That all State and City Codes be followed at all times, and
2) That the property be maintained in a neat and safe condition at all
times, and
Design Review recommended approval of the parking lot concept at 1401
S. Scott St./1400 Cumberland with the following criteria:
1. Type of lighting and its placement should be indicated on plan
2. Dumpster placement and type of screening material should be
indicated on plan
3. Handicapped accessible parking spaces should be indicated on plan
4. Handicapped accessible path and entrance to the building should
be indicated on plan
5. Landscaping must meet the City of Little Rock's landscape
ordinance for parking lots
