SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT Bell -Corley Investments, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company (hereinafter
called GRANTOR), for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid by The ARC Arkansas, an Arkansas non-profit corporation
(hereinafter called GRANTEE), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said GRANTEE, and unto GRANTEE's successors
and assigns forever, the real property situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas (the "Real Property") as
more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2R, Block 20, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said Real Property unto the said GRANTEE and unto
GRANTEE's successors, and assigns forever, with all improvements thereon and all rights, privileges,
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging.
And GRANTOR hereby covenants with the said GRANTEE that GRANTOR will forever
warrant and defend the title to said Real Property against all claims and encumbrances done or
suffered by or through it, but against none other.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR, by its authorized officer, has executed this

and Boyd Corley, to me personally well known, who stated that they are the Managing Members
of Bell -Corley Investments, LLC, and stated and acknowledged that they were duly authorized in
that capacity to execute the foregoing instrument for and in the name and behalf of Bell -Corley
Investments, LLC, and further stated and acknowledged that they had so signed, executed and
delivered said foregoing instrument for the consideration and purposes therein mentioned and set
forth.
