I have enclosed a Notice of Public Hearing Scheduled for April 7, 2005 at 5:00 at City Hall. One of the benefits to the district and neighborhood will be the use of Historic Tax Credits to restore the building according to the Department's Standards for Rehabilitation, thus ensuring no alteration to the original facade.
