5 RYNSE INC., AND RIVERDALE AUTO WASH LLC, IN AN AMOUNT NOT
6 TO EXCEED TW O HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS 7 ($250,000.00), PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, FOR VEHICLE
8 WASHING SERVICES FOR THE VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
9 ROCK'S FLEET.; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 •33 WHEREAS, Fleet Services has an annual need for vehicle washing services for vehicles in the City's Fleet and has determined that the most efficient manner to meet this need is to enter into an annual advance purchase contract; and, WHEREAS, pursuant to Little Rock, Ark. Resolution No. 16,603 (February 18, 2025), vendor selection of Rynse Inc., and Riverdale Autowash LLC was made under Sourcewell Contract #031224-RYN; and, WHEREAS, the total cost of this annual advance purchase order contract for car washing services with Rynse Inc., and Riverdale Autowash LLC, is not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00), including applicable taxes and fees. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a new one (1) year advanced purchase order with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. This represents year one (1) of a possible three (3) year contract contract with Rynse Inc., and Riverdale Autowash LLC, in an amount not to exceed the annual budgeted amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00), including applicable taxes and fees, for vehicle washing services for vehicles in the City's Fleet. Section 2. Funds for this purchase are available from Fleet Services Parts Account No. 600013-60310. Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the resolution. Section 4. Repea/,er. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
