The Arc Arkansas, an Arkansas non-profit corporation, organized under and by the laws
of the State of Arkansas (Grantor), for and in consideration of $10.00 and other valuable
consideration in hand paid by Eastside Loft Apartments Phase II Limited Partnership, an
Arkansas limited partnership (Grantee), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Grantee and unto Grantee's successors and
assigns forever lands in Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Lot 2R, Block 20, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and
being shown on plat recorded as Plat No. F-931, records of Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
To have and to hold the said lands unto Grantee and unto Grantee's successors and
assigns forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
Grantor hereby covenants with Grantee that Grantor will forever warrant and defend the
title to the said lands against all lawful claims whatever.
