Return receipt requested
While inspecting other properties in the area, I stopped at the new parking lot at the
Eastside Auditorium lofts. There are some site issues that need to be addressed. First,
the area between the new sidewalk on
Daisy Bates and the curb of the street has
still yet to be graded out smooth and either
e
sodded or seeded. This is unacceptable. ;may::°,--
Secondly, the area of the new privet
planting is upgraded and lacks
groundcover. This could be mulched or
ultimately seeded with annual rye now and
Bermuda seed later in the season. The
rye grass will need to be seeded
immediately and watered two or three
times a day to be up and growing of the
inspection on May 5, 2008.
Thirdly, there are two pallets of sod that
have yet to be laid. At this point in time,
the sod has turned to mush and should
just be removed from the site. It is
unusable.
Fourthly, the mulch on the west side of the
auditorium building has washed away from
around the shrubbery and the landscape
fabric is showing. This needs to be
remedied with additional mulch and maybe'
some sort of barrier to keep the much from North side of new parking lot
washing downhill. Please propose to me how you will keep the mulch in place in the
future.
