Dear Brian,
I want to give you an update on the landscape/cleanup items at Eastside Lofts Phase II
that you asked us about in your letter dated April 16. The new roof was completed
yesterday so we are now beginning to address your areas of concern. We have already
removed the two pallets of sod and we will have removed the wooden pallet and other
construction debris from the site by Friday. We are in the process of raking, infilling and
leveling the area around the new sidewalk on Daisy Bates Street.
It will be next week before we can start on adding a drainpipe from the roof drain and
under the mulch along the west side of the building. This will carry water to the street
without washing our mulch away each time it rains.
I expect to have everything done by the end of next week. Thank you for your patience
and I will call you when all the work is completed.
